To guarantee that every piece you receive is in pristine, untouched, and clean condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy protects the integrity of our silk and the health of our clients.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our Mulberry silk. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we will make it right immediately.

Notify Us: Please email us at contact@houseofwhitemulberry.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Proof: Include a clear photograph of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Resolution: You do not need to ship the item back. Keep the original item. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Size & Selection Since we do not offer exchanges, we encourage you to review our product dimensions and color descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our goal is for you to be completely in love with your selection the moment it arrives.
